We are an FD Gazelle 2022! Here is what we think

For the nineteenth time, Het Financieel Dagblad is organising the FD Gazellen 2022: the awards for the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. Endeavour is one of the 685 fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands in the West region and medium category. This makes us an FD Gazelle 2022!

FD Gazelles are all about turnover, sales growth, profitability and the number of employees. So although this award is about financial resources, for us it is also directly linked to quality. After all, better work means more orders and customers and thus for growth.

However, with growth comes growing pains. When a company grows, it is no different. Matthijs van Schendelen, commercial director at Endeavour: “It is of course logical that challenges arise when your company grows. Think of finding good staff, continuing to work closely on large-scale projects or continuing to monitor quality with an increasing number of orders running simultaneously. The challenge as well as the joy of entrepreneurship lies in finding solutions to these kinds of issues. We really see financial growth as a consequence of growth in quality. That makes winning an award like the FD Gazellen extra valuable.”

On 22 November 2022, the golden, silver and bronze Gazelle will be awarded at a ceremony. Of course, we hope to take home an award there. Fingers crossed!
