\nPinkWeb gebruikte verschillende tools voor leadbeheer, marketingcampagnes en klantopvolging. Hierdoor werkten commerciële teams met verschillende data, waardoor leads niet altijd tijdig werden opgevolgd en de ROI van campagnes moeilijk te meten was.
Daarnaast zocht PinkWeb een platform dat niet alleen gebruiksvriendelijk was, maar ook kon meegroeien met hun ambities. Het moest de versnipperde tech stack vervangen en de samenwerking tussen marketing en sales verbeteren.

\nIn strategische workshops brachten we samen met PinkWeb de volledige marketing- en salesfunnel in kaart. We bepaalden via welke kanalen leads binnenkomen, wie verantwoordelijk is voor welke stap en hoe de opvolging optimaal kan worden ingericht.
PinkWeb’s data kwam uit verschillende systemen en moest ontdubbeld en gestructureerd worden. We werkten in stappen: eerst bedrijven, dan contacten, vervolgens deals – allemaal zorgvuldig gekoppeld voor een logisch en bruikbaar CRM. Daarnaast dachten we mee over hoe deze data het beste ingezet kon worden voor marketing- en salescampagnes.

In strategische workshops brachten we samen met PinkWeb de volledige marketing- en salesfunnel in kaart. We bepaalden via welke kanalen leads binnenkomen, wie verantwoordelijk is voor welke stap en hoe de opvolging optimaal kan worden ingericht.
PinkWeb’s data kwam uit verschillende systemen en moest ontdubbeld en gestructureerd worden. We werkten in stappen: eerst bedrijven, dan contacten, vervolgens deals – allemaal zorgvuldig gekoppeld voor een logisch en bruikbaar CRM.
