\nHet versnipperde datasysteem van Studio Piet Boon zorgde voor tijdrovende rapportages en beperkte inzichten in de customer journey. Omdat klantgegevens over meerdere systemen verdeeld waren, was het lastig om cross- en upsell-kansen te signaleren. \nWe begonnen met een dataschoningstraject, zodat alle klantgegevens opgeschoond en centraal beschikbaar waren in HubSpot. Hierdoor kan Studio Piet Boon nu eenvoudig klantprofielen opstellen en strategische keuzes maken op basis van betrouwbare data.
\nMet automatische dashboards werd rapporteren een stuk efficiënter. In plaats van losse lijsten en handmatige updates, biedt HubSpot nu real-time inzicht in contacten, deals en vastgoedprojecten.
