Hoe zet je een werkgever stevig op de kaart bij advocaten, juristen en ICT’ers? Voor DAS Rechtsbijstand ontwikkelden we een employer branding-campagne die niet alleen het merk versterkte, maar ook direct de aandacht van de juiste professionals trok.
De uitdaging
DAS Rechtsbijstand had een heldere missie: 100 vacatures vullen én het merk top of mind krijgen bij werkzoekende advocaten, juristen en ICT’ers. Maar in een wereld waar iedereen schreeuwt om talent, is standaard niet genoeg. Daarom ontwikkelden we een vernieuwende communicatiestrategie, waarmee we DAS als werkgever stevig op de kaart zetten. Zonder droge vacatureteksten, maar door te laten zien wat DAS onderscheidt van concurrenten.

Het resultaat
Met een bereik van 9 miljoen, 83.000 bezoekers op de landingspagina en 690 sollicitaties, wisten we de KPI van 200 ruimschoots te overtreffen.
