\nHun vraag aan Endeavour was ook tweeledig. Ten eerste: wie zijn de huidige donateurs, waarom doneren zij en welke informatie willen zij ontvangen om betrokken te blijven bij het fonds? En ten tweede: wie zijn potentiële donateurs en hoe kunnen we hen het best bereiken?

\nWe begonnen met een volledige analyse van de bestaande communicatie, zowel online als offline. Daarna spraken we met customer service om hun ervaringen en inzichten te verzamelen. Aanvullend hierop voerden we een grootschalige enquête uit onder donateurs én niet-donateurs, om te achterhalen wie ze zijn en hoe ze het liefst met het fonds in contact staan. Op basis van deze informatie maakten wij primaire klantprofielen waarin de gewenste interacties met ParkinsonFonds duidelijk worden verwoord en onderbouwd.

ParkinsonFonds
Het werk van Stichting ParkinsonFonds is tweeledig: ze financieren belangrijk onderzoek van vooraanstaande medici en wetenschappers en ze bieden voorlichting over de ziekte van Parkinson via onder andere nieuwsbrieven, informatie op de website, mailings en brochures.
de uitdaging
Hun vraag aan Endeavour was ook tweeledig. Ten eerste: wie zijn de huidige donateurs, waarom doneren zij en welke informatie willen zij ontvangen om betrokken te blijven bij het fonds? En ten tweede: wie zijn potentiële donateurs en hoe kunnen we hen het best bereiken?

de aanpak
We begonnen met een volledige analyse van de bestaande communicatie, zowel online als offline. Daarna spraken we met customer service om hun ervaringen en inzichten te verzamelen. Aanvullend hierop voerden we een grootschalige enquête uit onder donateurs én niet-donateurs, om te achterhalen wie ze zijn en hoe ze het liefst met het fonds in contact staan. Op basis van deze informatie maakten wij primaire klantprofielen waarin de gewenste interacties met ParkinsonFonds duidelijk worden verwoord en onderbouwd.

De samenwerking met ParkinsonFonds verliep soepel en constructief. Dankzij een grondige aanpak en betrokkenheid van diverse stakeholders leverden we een concreet en werkbaar plan op.
