\nLoods 5 vroeg ons om de klantreis van zowel consumenten als deelnemers in kaart te brengen. Waar lopen ze tegenaan, en hoe kunnen we hun ervaring – online én in de winkels – nog beter maken?

\nOm de klantreis écht te begrijpen, organiseerden we twee journey-mapping workshops met medewerkers van Loods 5 en externe deelnemers. Daarnaast interviewden we klanten en medewerkers op locatie en testten we het bestelproces van de webshop.

Door al deze inzichten te bundelen, konden we Loods 5 voorzien van een helder verbeterplan. Geen theoretisch rapport, maar concrete acties waarmee zowel Loods 5 zelf als ons team bij de bouw van de nieuwe website direct aan de slag kon.

\nDit project was geen simpele uitdaging. We moesten rekening houden met technische en logistieke beperkingen, maar daagden Loods 5 ook uit om waar mogelijk nieuwe oplossingen te omarmen. Dankzij nauwe samenwerking en regelmatige afstemming ontstond een gedetailleerd én praktisch optimalisatieplan, waarmee Loods 5 kan doorgroeien en klaar is voor de volgende fase.

Loods 5
Loods 5 begon als fabrieksoutlet en groeide in 25 jaar uit tot een woonwalhalla met vijf winkels en een succesvolle webshop. Maar met die groei kwam een uitdaging: hoe zorg je dat het unieke concept, het diverse aanbod en de service overal even goed tot hun recht komen?

Loods 5 vroeg ons om de klantreis van zowel consumenten als deelnemers in kaart te brengen. Waar lopen ze tegenaan, en hoe kunnen we hun ervaring – online én in de winkels – nog beter maken?

de aanpak
Om de klantreis écht te begrijpen, organiseerden we twee journey-mapping workshops met medewerkers van Loods 5 en externe deelnemers. Daarnaast interviewden we klanten en medewerkers op locatie en testten we het bestelproces van de webshop.
Door al deze inzichten te bundelen, konden we Loods 5 voorzien van een helder verbeterplan. Geen theoretisch rapport, maar concrete acties waarmee zowel Loods 5 zelf als ons team bij de bouw van de nieuwe website direct aan de slag kon.

Dit project was geen simpele uitdaging. We moesten rekening houden met technische en logistieke beperkingen, maar daagden Loods 5 ook uit om waar mogelijk nieuwe oplossingen te omarmen. Dankzij nauwe samenwerking en regelmatige afstemming ontstond een gedetailleerd én praktisch optimalisatieplan, waarmee Loods 5 kan doorgroeien en klaar is voor de volgende fase.
