This is how we work
1. Orientation meeting
The first step is to get your requirements in focus. What knowledge does your Hero need to have? And what kind of personality fits your organisation?
We send you the résumé(s) of the suitable Hero(es). Are you as excited about them as they are about your organisation and assignment? Then we schedule an introductory meeting. If this is also successful, we will finalise the agreement and your Hero can start working immediately.
3. Cooperation and guidance
During the first period, we are in close contact so that the onboarding period runs smoothly. We then plan a few evaluation moments in consultation with you. In the meantime, your Hero will be in constant contact with one of our senior specialists, who will observe and adjust whenever necessary.
4. Monthly training
The Heroes attend monthly training sessions to deepen their knowledge and further develop their soft skills. So your online marketer always uses the latest tools and techniques to achieve your goals. Naturally, these training days will not cost you anything.
5. Endeavour as a support group
Is specialist knowledge needed? Then your Hero consults one of the specialists within digital agency Endeavour. With more than 200 digital professionals in online marketing, creation and web development, no question remains unanswered.
6. Match made in heaven
After 1,760 hours, you can adopt your Hero free of charge. It is possible to acquire the Hero before then for an additional fee.
